Boli and Palpayasam being the best combination dessert of Trivandrum, which is normally served during sadya and prepared at home during special occasions, we wanted to share with you the best Boli and Palpayasam combination available in Trivandrum City.
From my college days, we used to wait patiently till the end of Wedding sadya to have this heavenly combo. No matter why it became our all time favorite traditional desert.
The best Boli in Trivandrum is available at Maha Boli (also known as Maha Chips) located at Vellayambalam and East Fort(Pazhavangadi). Boli is one of the most famous and most liked desserts of Kerala, which being the main reason for us to introduce it to you. We also tried the Unniyappam from the same shop which is priced at Rs.3.5/pc. It is also delicious.
