After waking up in the morning we headed towards the Kozhikode Sea bridge(rocks pier) at Kappad beach in Calicut(Kozhikode) at around 8.30 am. Yesterday we could not shoot it since the place was very dark and we wanted to try it on a fresh day. The rock pier or sea bridge is a stretch of around 1.5 km from the road side. On the right side is the harbour and on the left is the beautiful Kappad beach where the famous traveler Vasco Da Gama landed. Nice trekking experience since the rocks are shaky. But be very careful or you might fall and injure yourself.

We can see lots of fishermen and fishing boats in the harbour on our right. The end of the bridge/pier is indeed very beautiful where we feel like we are amdist the sea. The place is very windy and a good place to relax and take some cool selfies after the long trek. Try it if you want to try something different at kozhikode.
Kozhikode Beach or Calicut Beach is a beach on the western side of Kozhikode, situated on the Malabar Coast of India. The beach is accessible through four road overbridges in the city. The beach has paved stones and illumination. There is one Lions Park for the children and an aquarium.
